We're looking for houses that may have boarded up windows, tall grass, unoccupied, junk in the yard or even a nice house that the owner wants to sell the house fast. Maybe the owner bought a new house and their house isn't selling, they're going through a divorce and need to sell fast or even a house that was inherited.
How does it work?
- You complete the referral form, make sure your name, email address and phone number are completely correct. Without it we won't be able to find you to pay you your referral fee. Make sure you have a complete, accurate address. Without it we won't be able to find the house to buy it.
- We will research the house, the owners and if it falls into our ROI numbers.
- We'll contact the owners and make an offer.
- If accepted we'll schedule a closing.
- After we close on the house (i.e. the house is ours), we'll give you a check for $500 or $1000.
How do I earn $1000 vs. $500? Simply, if you provide the owners accurate contact information (i.e. we can call them and talk to them) and details about the house (how long has it been empty, what shape is it in) , pictures of the inside and why the owner is motivated, we'll give you $1000.
